Detail

Short walk to see the profusion of summer orchids and other flowers in and near Engine Wood. White Helleborine, Twayblade, Bird’s Nest and Pyramidal orchids all possible. Led by James Bradby.  Also joining us will be Simon Stuart, who will help show us how to identify woodland bird species from their calls and songs.

Please bring:

  • Appropriate footwear (boots)
  • A drink
  • A camera/phone (optional)
